Car washes in the United States come in four main formats: the express tunnel, where you stay in the car while a conveyor pulls it through brushes or high-pressure jets; the full-service wash, where attendants vacuum and wipe down the interior after the tunnel; the self-service bay with a coin or card-operated pressure wand, foam brush and vacuums; and the hand wash, where a crew washes and dries the car by hand. Touchless tunnels skip the cloth brushes entirely and rely on chemicals and water pressure, which is gentler on paint but less effective on heavy grime. Most express chains sell an unlimited monthly plan, usually priced at two to three single washes, that is only worth it if you wash more than twice a month. Gas stations often bundle a discounted wash with a fill-up.

I wanted to take a moment to recognize the outstanding customer service I received. From the moment I walked in, he was professional, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making sure every customer had a great experience. He handled questions with patience, stayed calm under pressure, and went above and beyond to resolve any concerns quickly and respectfully. His leadership skills were evident in the way he supported his team, kept everything running smoothly, and treated both employees and customers with kindness and respect. He has the professionalism, communication skills, and positive attitude that make an exceptional leader. I truly believe he would make an excellent manager. He leads by example, inspires confidence, and consistently delivers exceptional service. Any team would be fortunate to have him in a management role. Devon L.

Devon was an unexpected surprise. He volunteered to help me with my floor mats and did an amazing job. I have seen him before and he’s always pleasant!

This is the second time I’ve been disappointed by Luvs. Paid for the top tier package only to be met with tire shine splattered all over my car when I got home. If I wanted to pay $30 to wipe my car down at home, I’d clean the whole thing my damn self

WARNING!! Use at your own risk. My daughter took her car there, was put on the automatic track system, car in front of her got stuck and the machine kept my daughters car moving which then ran into the car in front of her. The car was not drivable with over $3000 worth of damage. Their employee did an incident report stating it was their fault and said corporate would be in touch. We had police come out to file a report which also said it was their fault. We had car towed. After 3 voicemails and 4 emails, corporate finally contacted me back stating they had not received the report. I sent them the police report then she contacted store and finally got internal report. Then we were contacted saying they denied liability because their video showed the car in front of us had turned her steering wheel which caused her to get stuck. However, the car behind my daughter also got stuck in the same exact spot. I would definitely go elsewhere!
